Where is Duck Lodge located?

Duck Lodge is located in the peaceful South Downs village of Pyecombe, Sussex, just 15 minutes from Brighton and the coast. It offers the perfect combination of countryside tranquillity with easy access to Brighton’s restaurants, shops, and seafront.

Is the lodge private?

Yes. Duck Lodge is a completely private boutique log cabin, separate from the main house and surrounded by gardens, giving guests their own peaceful space to relax and unwind.

Is the hot tub private?

Yes. Guests enjoy use of a large 8-seater hot tub located up on the main patio tucked away with its own pergola so it can be opened or closed in bad weather, just a short walk from the lodge. It is available for Duck Lodge guests each evening between 4pm and 9pm, perfect for relaxing under the South Downs stars.

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is from 4:00pm.
Check-out is 11:00am.

Early check-in and late check-out may sometimes be available — please contact Keith in advance if you would like to arrange this.

Is breakfast included?

Yes. A delicious continental breakfast is included with your stay and delivered to the lodge so you can enjoy it privately at your own pace.

Is there parking?

Yes. Free private parking is available for guests directly outside the property.
