There are two coffee pods for you to make your own coffee.  Detach the water reservoir located at the back of the machine and fill this with water from the bathroom (this is Drinking Water) Press the black on/off button that's located top rear right to heat up the machine. When heating there is a progress bar showing when its ready on the top display. 
Just lift the silver leaver upwards and place the coffee pod into the slot with the flat end facing you then lower the leaver. One the display select Small Medium or Large cup size.
